• Once a package leaves our hands and enters the postal system, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Replacements or refunds for incorrect addresses may not be available.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
