Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Littlebit Makes!


Each item we create is handmade with care, and we take pride in making sure it arrives safely and beautifully packaged.


This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, carriers, and delivery expectations.

 

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are handcrafted and packed with care.

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on design complexity — estimated times will be listed on each product page.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If your order is time-sensitive, please email shop@littlebitmakes.com before purchasing to confirm estimated delivery.

 

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

 

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.
Delivery times vary by region and can take 2–4 weeks depending on customs processing.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your tracking number doesn’t update after a few days, please contact your local postal carrier first, as delays can occur during transit.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our studio and enters the postal system, Littlebit Makes cannot control delivery times or handling by the carrier.

However, we will always do our best to help.


If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact shop@littlebitmakes.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


We may ask for photos of any damaged packaging or items.

 

7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

 

8. Local Pickup or Delivery

From time to time, we may offer local pickup or delivery within the [your area, e.g., Quincy, MA] region.


Details will appear at checkout when available, and we’ll email you to confirm pickup arrangements.
